material is black fabric, with cording stripes in the fabric

there is no tag inside
no frays,rips or stains inside or outside
matched with a goldtone 3D filigree scarf clip
very good condition
scarf clip is ornate and is signed West Germany
bag is 8 1/2" long x 5"
I put the scarf clip on the bag, because I thought it looked nice.
